The request form on this site does not store anything. When you send a request, your email app opens with the message already filled in, and it is only sent after you press Send yourself.

Health details are especially sensitive data. Do not send them if you are not ready to, and use only a way of contact that you trust.

A full personal data policy will be published before the site launches.
